You can return the products you have purchased even if you have changed your mind within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is accompanied by the manufacturer’s tag, as well as the retail receipt or invoice. The package should be packed so as not to create damage, during transport, to the product or the packaging. In the event of a product return, your refund will be completed within 3 working days from the date we receive the products. The monetary amount of the value of the goods is returned and not possible costs of transport, cash on delivery or bank charges.
The shipping costs for the return of the products are borne by the customer.
