With a diverse background as a Classical Ballet and Gymnastics teacher spanning several years, she has always harbored a profound interest in understanding and helping people. This passion led her to embark on a journey as a Professional Therapist, a path she has diligently pursued for over fifteen years. Her journey in therapeutic practice began under the tutelage of an esteemed Shiatsu Practitioner at the European Institute “Oriental Medicine Training Center” in Athens. Here, she honed her skills in Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure, Shiatsu Techniques, and Stretching Bodywork. Complementing this foundation, she furthered her expertise through Physiotherapy studies in Athens and obtained multiple certifications in Sports Massage from “Natural Health Science Athens.” Through her extensive training and diverse skill set, she has become adept at tailoring treatments to meet the unique needs of her clients.
